JLY Development Ltd. was formerly known as I Love My Home Renovation Ltd. In 2005, we started our services in the Burnaby area, including home renovation and maintenance. As company's rapidly development and fast-growing clientele over the years, James Yuan, the company founder, was inspired to provide "one-step " services to comfort the customers - compatible home architectural design, home construction,home decoration, as well as home maintenance. We particularly excel in custom homes construction, laneway houses and legal secondary suites. Up to now, JLY has extended to provide services across the lower mainland.
